1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using "Dial-Up Diary" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. THE DIAL-UP SPIRIT (COMMUNITY GUIDELINES) Dial-Up Diary is a nostalgic space for creativity and friendship. To keep this community safe and fun, we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
By using the App, you agree NOT to post, share, or direct message any content that includes:
Nudity, Pornography, or Sexually Explicit Material: This is a PG-13 space. Keep it clean.
Hate Speech: Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly prohibited.
Harassment or Bullying: Do not target, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Illegal Activities: Do not promote illegal acts, violence, or self-harm.
Copyright Infringement: Only post images/music you have the right to share.
3. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) You are responsible for the content (images, text, stickers) you create ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content but grant Dial-Up Diary a license to display it within the App.
4. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT To ensure safety, we employ the following measures:
Reporting: Users can report any profile or diary page for violating these terms.
Blocking: You may block any user to hide their content from your feed.
Review: Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate/ban any user account found violating these terms, without prior notice.
5. AGE RESTRICTION You must be at least 13 years old to use Dial-Up Diary. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that your data (diaries) will never be lost. Please back up important memories.
